Do you sell direct to the public?

Trade Winds Furniture does not sell direct to the public. Instead, we sell our products through reputable retail stores (Dealers), designers, showrooms.

How is your mahogany and mindi sustainably grown?

We buy all our tropical hardwoods from the Indonesian government and from their engineered forests.

Can I get any product in any finish I want?

Yes and no. We stock product in the finishes shown on the specific product master page. However, if you would like one of our products in one of our standard finishes and we don’t stock it that way, you can still order it for a little more money and a wait. Contact customer service (877-284-4880) for your custom inquiries.

Do you offer COM?

We offer COM on a number of our pieces for an additional fee. For additional information please call or email Customer Service.

Do you work with interior designers?

We work with Interior Designers, however we have a minimum to open that must be adhered to. Please contact our customer service department if you are an Interior Designer specifying for a project.

Please note: *Dealer pricing is reserved for brick and mortar stores who are displaying Trade Winds Furniture items on their showroom floor.

What are your minimums?

• The minimum for *Dealers and (reorders) is $1,200, ($600) respectively.

• The minimum for Wholesale (Designers, E-Commerce, Display) (Reorders) $600, ($400).

• Orders below minimum will incur a 20% upcharge.

• Shipping rates are based on value quoted pricing from carriers.

• Drop shipping available with an additional upcharge.

What are your payment terms?

All orders are either pre-paid, or, pre-approved by our factoring partner prior to shipping. We take Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and pre-payment with a company check.

Can Trade Winds products be used outdoors?

No, our products are designed for in-door use.

How do I care for my new Trade Winds furniture and accessories?

Dust using a soft clean cloth, or, if removing other than dust, use a slightly damp clean cloth. Do not scrub or use chemicals in the care of your furniture.
